Sesuai dengan standard ISO 45001 bahwa karyawan harus berpartisipasi dalam melakukan pencegahan kecelakaan. Untuk itu perusahaan telah menetapkan Program Hazob (Hazard Observation) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan melakukan tindakan koreksinya. Penerapan Program Hazob masih dengan metode konvensional, mengisi lembar form, sehingga tidak efektif, efisien dan tidak berintegrasi dengan sistem lain. Transformasi digitalisasi diperlukan dengan merubah bisnis proses pelaporan dari konvensional ke aplikasi website atau mobile Apps. Hasil dari penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan kinerja operasional keselamatan kerja dengan program Hazob (i) pengisian form secara manual bertransformasi ke system digitalisasi aplikasi website dan mobile Apps; (ii) leading indikator pelaporan hazob meningkat menjadi 1.364 dari seluruh lokasi. Ini bermakna, bahwa perusahaan telah mengidentifikasi bahaya sejumlah tersebut dalam kuran waktu 3 bulan, dan melakukan tindakan koreksi sebelum terjadi kecelakakan. Data persentasi kontribusi menunjukan bahwa semua pihak bagian di perusahaan berkontribusi untuk melakukan pelaporan hazob. Hal ini menunjukan komitmen semua tingkatan untuk melakukan pecegahan kecelakaan. Angka terbesar pada tingkatan karywan ( 63 %) berkontribusi ; (iii) dampak implementasi berupa tingkat penurunan angka kecelakaan dengan Lagging Indikator sebagai berikut : LTIR = 0 (Nol), TRIR, yang sebelumnya 0.87 di bulan juni, turun menjadi 0 (nol) dari bulan Juli sampai September 2020, dan IFT, turun terus setiap bulan dan di bulan September di angka 12.33.

Abstract

Image retrieval system originally based on the text in the image retrieval process, but the system of the text -based image retrieval is not optimal because it takes a long time to give a description of each file and the human perception varies in interpreting or annotate an image so that the image retrieval based on queries the text is not in accordance with the desired. Therefore, the necessary image retrieval system that uses information characteristics (color, shape and texture) of the image itself. Ornamental fish is an animal that has a kind of very much other than it has a unique ornamental fish also varied, unique ornamental fish can be seen from the color, shape and texture are very diverse. Image retrieval system for ornamental fish characteristic information using HSV histograms for color feature extraction, canny method to obtain information form and order two static methods to obtain texture information. Test results using recall and precision for image retrieval based on color feature extraction generate an average value of 100 %, the image search based on shape feature extraction generate an average value of 90 %, the image search based on texture feature extraction generate an average value of 90 % and Search Extraction characteristics of the image based on a combination of color, shape and texture generate an average value of 90 %.

Abstract

Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi INLIS (Integrated Library System) LITE sejak tahun 2013. Khusus untuk layanan kepada pengunjung,  dalam penelusuran informasi  menggunakan layanan Online Public Acces Catalog (OPAC). Namun masih terdapat kendala, yaitu  error pada sistem ketika digunakan, ketidaksesuaian akurasi data, fasilitas komputer kurang memadai sehingga akses informasi menjadi terhambat.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan sistem informasi INLIS  LITE terhadap kepuasan pengguna di Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru  berdasarkan dimensi libqual. Indikator pengukuran yaitu Affect of Service, Information Control, dan Library as Place. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan sistem informasi INLIS  LITE dinilai baik dan cukup puas terhadap layanan yang ada. Sedangkan skor Superiority Gap (SG) menunjukkan skor negative -1,18, berarti menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan sistem informasi inlis LITE berada diantara tingkat minimum yang dapat diterima.

Abstract

In diagnosing mental illness takes a relatively long time is one week to one month and could only be carried out by experts which is psychological doctors, because it must diagnosing accordance with existed procedures. Based on the above the problem can be formulated how to diagnose psychiatric illness by applying neural network Learning Vector Quantuzation 2 (LVQ 2). LVQ2 is the development of basic LVQ. This study aims to help doctors diagnose phychiatric  illness by applying neural network Learning Vector Quantization 2 and can distinguish between types of mental illness. In this research using the data input 14 symptoms and 4 psychiatric diseases as output is used as the target of Schizophrenia, Organic Mental Disorders, Mental disorders and behavior due to substance users, and feeling the atmosphere Disorders (affective or mood disorders). Based on test results using 132 training data and 30 test data and parameter with a value of learning rate = 0.025, a reduction in the minimum learning rate = 0.1 learning rate = 0:01, and window = 0.4 which is done LVQ2 test result accuracy is as high as 90%. Thus LVQ2 can be applied to the classification of mental illness.

Abstract

Based on observations, many update some information that is not carried by the website manager UIN Suska such facilities are still blank menu, menu student, and some information about the update such as academic calendar, academic guide on the website UIN Suska Riau.Untuk produce satisfactory service quality value then the lending institutions of services in this regard UIN Suska must measure the quality of service based on customer tastes and not according to taste providers. The results of the study explained that the quality of service is only able to explain the relationship of student satisfaction at 0.354 which means the quality of the service is only able to explain directly to the satisfaction of 35.4%. While the rest of greater value that is 64.6% explained by other variables that are not described in this study. Based on the t variable with the usability of 0.297 t sebesar1,664 table does not have a significant relationship to student satisfaction variables, variable information quality amounted to 1.144 t sebesar1,664 table does not have a significant relationship to student satisfaction variables and variable quality interaction by 3.651 with t table sebesar1,664 have a significant relationship to the satisfaction variables. Quality of service Website dominant influence on students satisfaction is interaction quality is variable, namely 0467.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a service company enganged in motor vehicle rental services. Over time, it business give a good prospect for the future. Competition between companies  is very increasingly and development of technology information is very rapidly  become a challenge and a great benefit to the company’s business activities. Companies need to take advantage of developments in information technology to improve business performance, quality of data and information to increase the number of customers.  Therefore, this reseach tries to answer how make a model of information system for motor vehicle rental services that can help to provide optimum services. In this reseach, we use Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology for developing the proposed system, programming language use Microsoft Visual .Net 2008 and use MySQL for database systems, and Model ISO 9126 for testing system.

Abstract

The application of social media during the process of teaching and learning especially in online discussion forum is gradually increased. Neverthelles, the spreading of out of scope discussion that trigger the emergence of negative debates breaks the communication etic code in online discussion. This push forward the increasing of admins or instructurs rules in monitoring and controlling the discussion activity during the forum session.. By applying TF-IDF and Maximum Marginal Relevancy methods a software apllication is developed to monitor the discussion online activity. The list of Text Processing Phase including The sentences breakdown, case folding, tokenizing, filtering and stemming are conducted to extract the document posting from the instructurs as well as members comments. Then, TF-IDF, Query Relevance and Similarity values are calculated. By applying Maximum Marginal Relavancy, the optimal extraction of documen summary is provided to reduce the sentences redudancy and rangking output. The comment which value is zero (0) that based on the comparison of summary between document posting and members comments will be classfied as “Unfeasible” and recommended to be eliminated. As the result of accuracy, blackbox and UAT testing in one of lecture topics this application is success in monitoring the activity of online discussion with compression value 50% and level accuracy is 76,67%.   Hence the discussion forum as one of tool in incerasing the teaching and learning quality can be optimaized accordingly.

Abstract

Ikatan Mesjid Indonesia (IKMI) Pekanbaru mempunyai kegiatan rutin yaitu penjadwalan Khutbah Jum’at para mubaligh. Pembuatan jadwal tersebut memerlukan waktu yang lama (satu bulan). Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyaknya jumlah mesjid (389 buah) dan mubaligh (401 orang) yang dinaungi oleh IKMI Pekanbaru. Selain itu, penyusunan jadwal juga harus memperhatikan usia, kemampuan dan alamat mubaligh. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini menerapkan Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP) pada metode Priority Scheduling (PS) untuk pembuatan jadwal khutbah Jum’at secara otomatis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, teknik yang ditawarkan berhasil membuat jadwal dengan akurasi sebesar 93.7%.

Abstract

Penjadwalan adalah suatu proses pengalokasian sumber daya dan mesin untuk menentukan urutan pekerjaan dengan batasan-batasan tertentu. Penjadwalan produksi yang diterapkan di CV. Bestone Indonesia selama ini hanya menggunakan metode intuitif. Tujuan penelitian ini mencari kombinasi urutan pengerjaan produk yang memiliki makespan paling minimal. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, metode Ignall-Scharge menghasilkan urutan job 3-1-4-2 dan 3-4-1-2 dengan nilai makespan 389052.25 detik. Sedangkan metode Algoritma Nawaz Enscore Ham (NEH) menghasilkan urutan job 3-1-4-2 dengan nilai makespan 389052.25 detik. Kedua metode tersebut menghasilkan nilai makespan yang sama. Pada nilai makespan penjadwalan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan  menghasilkan 389116.52 detik, selisih 64.27 detik lebih lama. Maka dari itu kedua metode tersebut dapat diterapkan pada penjadwalan produksi di perusahaan CV. Bestone Indonesia.

Abstract

Performance is the result or the overall success rate of a person during a certain period in performing the task. As a form of government efforts to solve the problems of transport in the city of Padang, Padang Trans supposed to have a standard of service quality and performance management systems. The design of the performance management system in Trans UPT Padang use the help of four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. By way of formulating the strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and then look for connection between them and perform weighting to determine the ranking and the weight of each KPI. KPI weighting using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Results of weighting and weighting the ranking shows KPI's performance Trans UPT Padang. These results are then used as the source of the design of performance management applications. Performance management system application design and development of system models using waterfall method. From system design uses four perspectives of the balanced scorecard produces 9 strategic objectives derived from the vision, mission and objectives of the company. Then obtained 13 (thirteen) KPI from questionnaires and interviews were subsequently obtained the weight of each KPI weighting of the results of the questionnaire pairwise comparisons.

Abstract

Kualitas udara di pengaruhi oleh particulate matter (PM10) dan beberapa variabel yaitu unsur meteorologi seperti curah hujan, radiasi matahari, dan suhu udara. Variabel lain yang dianggap mempengaruhi kualitas udara ialah hotspot. Variabel yang digunakan lebih dari satu variabel, sehingga motode yang digunkan ialah metode Vector Autoregressive (VAR). Metode Vector Autoregressive dipilih karena merupakan salah satu analisis multivariat untuk data time series dan dapat melihat keterkaitan hubungan antar variabel. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meramalkan kualitas udara melalui particulate matter (PM10) dengan menggunakan data bulanan dari bulan Januari 2010-Desember 2014. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa model yang sesuai untuk peramalan PM10 ialah meggunakan model VAR(1). Berdasarkan model VAR(1) yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa unsur curah hujan, radiasi matahari, suhu udara, dan hotspot memiliki hubungan yang searah terhadap PM10.
